Mike Gentile

Mike and his wife Donna have been in Indian since 1969 and Bloomington since 1971.
They have two sons Matt and Nick.

Mike is currently the Executive Director of Crane Technology Inc. (CTI), a non-profit
organization focused on technology development. He was also the executive director for
the Southern Indiana Business Alliance which focused on saving Naval Support Activity
Crane. Mike retired from NSWC Crane in 2003 after 32 years of service, during his last
nine years he served as the NSWC Director of Technology Transfer. This effort focused
on establishing research partnerships with academic and industry clients.

He has also served on the initial board of Monroe County Volunteers in Medicine (VIM)
for four years and chaired its Resource Development and Public Relations Committees.

He currently serves on New Hope Family Shelter and the Shalom Boards, the Greater
Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, the City of Bloomington Redevelopment
Commission and the New Tech High School Advisory Board.
